Year 6 Museum of London Docklands Visit

On Thursday 20th September, a guest speaker from the Museum of London joined Years 5 and 6 for a special assembly. We took part in an interactive assembly telling us about the fascinating history of London's Docklands from prehistory to modern times.

Additionally, Year 6 took part in an interactive and engaging workshop where stories were told through five historical objects.  Children then had the opportunity to see and feel these objects close up and to ask any questions.

Overall, it was a thoroughly enjoyable visit and we gained a wealth of knowledge.
