Year 5 Science Museum Trip

A Report: The Science Museum

Year 5 went on a visit to the Science Museum as part of our ‘Earth and Beyond’ topic. Everyone was excited because we were all going to watch ‘’Fly me to the moon’’ in the 3D cinema as part of our visit. We even got to wear cool 3D glasses to watch it! We thought that we would be able to touch the characters as everything seemed to be coming towards us from the screen!

After the film we did a Space treasure hunt around the space section of the Museum. We had to find information and look carefully at pictures to find the answers. We all had to solve a codebreaker at the end which was very hard.

Once we had finished, we got back on the train, and after 20 stops on the District line, we arrived back at school.
