Year 4 Fairtrade Parent Workshop

Together with their children, parents took part in a fun, interactive Fairtrade workshop.  During the workshop both parents and children made a set of Top Trump cards, using what we had learned about different countries and their resources. 

They explored important ideas behind Fairtrade, including how resources are shared, the challenges some countries face, and the importance of fairness in global trade.

It was a wonderful opportunity for parents and children to learn alongside each other in a relaxed and engaging way. The children  really enjoyed working with their parents and we want to thank everyone for their enthusiasm and participation.
