Year 3 - Holi Celebration

Year 3 have been learning about Holi festival. Holi, sometimes known as the Festival of Colour, is a Hindu festival celebrated in March.

As part of their learning, the Year 3 children held their own Holi celebration. They came dressed in their brightly coloured clothes ready for the event. At the celebration, the children took part in a range of games and activities, made some traditional food and created Holi cards. The children enjoyed learning about a different religion and those children who usually celebrate Holi with their family were able to share their knowledge and traditions.
