Year 2 visit the Sea Life Aquarium

Year 2 visited the Sea Life Aquarium Centre in Southbank.  We travelled by tube on the District line from Upton Park to Westminster.  When we came out of Westminster Station we saw the amazing Houses of Parliament and Big Ben. We walked along Westminster Bridge over the River Thames and saw an Uber boat, police boat and a speedboat.  When we entered the Sea Life Centre, it was dark and mysterious.    We walked through a glass ocean tunnel, where we saw sharks, stingrays, turtles and beautiful fish swimming around us. It was mesmerising!  We saw lots of different marine creatures from seahorses, piranhas, clownfish, pufferfish and jellyfish.  After lunch we walked along the Southbank where we saw the London Eye.   Overall, it was an amazing day  and we will always remember our visit to the Sea Life Centre. A big thank you to all the parents who came to help us on our visit.
