Year 2 Reading Workshop

Thank you to all the parents who attended the Year 2 “Love for reading” workshop on Tuesday 7^th November. We are proud to invite parents to our workshops which help to support their child’s learning at home. Creating a love of reading in children is potentially one of the most powerful ways of improving your child’s knowledge, creativity and writing skills. During the workshop parents watched the children engaged in a read aloud session. Parents were able to ask questions about reading and then shared “the love for reading” by reading with their children. 2SH were delighted to have an audience to read to and thoroughly enjoyed having their parents in the classroom. The reading workshop was a huge success.
