Year 2 Polar Express Fundraising Day

Year 2 had a magical time taking part in a Polar Express–themed fundraising day in support of our school on the 11th December. The children arrived in their pyjamas, ready for a cosy and creative day inspired by the much-loved story. They enjoyed imaginative creative writing activities, sharing wonderful ideas linked to the Polar Express, before settling down to watch the film with popcorn. At the end of the day, we sold the shortbread that some of the pupils baked. It was a fun-filled day that combined learning, creativity, and generosity, and we are very proud of Year 2 for their enthusiasm.
