Year 2 Christmas Performance

Year 2 put on a wonderful Christmas performance, full of singing,  dancing and acting. 

The Ordinary Ox, tells the Christmas Story, explaining why Christians celebrate this special festival.   The narrators and actors spoke clearly and confidently and everyone sang a selection of both modern and traditional Christmas songs to tell the story of Mary and Joseph travelling to Bethlehem. They were joined by the school choir, for some of the songs and the choir sang in harmony and in rhythmical rounds. 

They also reminded us of the importance of accepting and celebrating our similarities and differences.  This was the perfect end to a busy term and we would like to thank all the parents and family members who came to watch. It was lovely to see so many of you and we know your children loved performing for you.
