Top Trumps!

There was lots of excitement in Year 3 recently as the children received a special gift from Neena and the wider school community.

As part of our annual tradition, each year group is given a resource to support learning through fun and interactive activities. 

This year, Year 3 were delighted to receive a collection of Top Trumps card games.

The Junior Leadership Team (JLT) visited the classrooms to introduce the games and help the children learn how to play. 

The sessions were full of enthusiasm, laughter and friendly competition as the children explored different themed packs, including animals, history and world landmarks.

Playing Top Trumps helps children to develop important skills such as comparing information, strategic thinking and communication, all while having fun with their classmates.

One member of the JLT commented: “We really enjoyed spending time with Year 3 and showing them how to play the games. The children were so enthusiastic and excited!.”
