Y1 Temple Visit

Year 1 had a fantastic short visit to the temple. It was exciting to explore a Hindu place of worship. We got the opportunity to learn why people celebrate Diwali, explored Rangoli patterns and Diva lamps, learnt about Prasad that is offered to worshipers and saw different Hindu statues. We look forward to learning about many more religions and cultures throughout the year.
