Title

Today we woke to a glorious sunny (but crisp) morning for our last full day of farm duties. We all set about getting our morning tasks completed. We made sure all the animals were fed and happy, we cleaned the house and our dormitories and some of us even baked some homemade bread!

After a hearty breakfast we headed off for the next of our farm tasks. Some children headed to the dairy where they saw the clever machine which milked the cows and learned all about how it works. Others tended to the stables and learned about their roles on the farm. After all our hard work we settled down for a relaxing evening in front of the fire, which some of the children helped to build and enjoyed our usual warming hot chocolate treat! We are looking forward to storytelling and a woodland afternoon tomorrow.
