Welkom bij St Stephen’s!

Today, we were delighted to welcome a delegation of Headteachers and school leaders from the Netherlands to St Stephen’s Federation.

Our visitors enjoyed a tour of the Federation, including the opportunity to visit our Blossom Hub classroom as well as others from across the school and see our inclusive practice in action. They were also treated to a very special performance from our school choir, whose powerful singing was so moving that it even brought a few tears to the eyes of our visitors!

The visit concluded with a Q&A session with Neena Lall OBE, Headteacher, and the Federation’s three Deputy Headteachers. The delegation was particularly interested in learning more about school leadership in England, as well as how we ensure that inclusion is embedded across our Federation so that every child is supported to belong, achieve and thrive.

It was a pleasure to share our practice, exchange ideas and learn from one another.
