Welcome to Reception!

St. Stephen's are so very proud of all the new reception pupils who have made such a confident and positive start to their new adventure in big school!

Not only the staff in Reception, but lots of other teachers have remarked on how calm and settled they are. Well done!!

We have already discovered so much in our classrooms and garden and we have made lots of new friends. Our teachers have taught us about the school's WE CARE philosophy and so we are trying very hard to be kind and considerate with each other. We have also talked about the importance of telling a Reception adult if we have had a bump so that our teachers can help us to feel better nice and quickly.

It is the start of our primary journey and we cannot wait to move forward together!
