Remembrance Day
On Friday 8th November St. Stephen's Primary School, Including the School Governors held a two minute silence to mark Remembrance Day. We all gathered together to remember all those soldiers who sacrificed themselves to protect us and our country in the world wars.
In addition, throughout the week the whole school immersed themselves in learning about Remembrance Day. Classes enjoyed making poppies, learning about the significance of them. Pupils also learnt the importance of Remembrance day and why it is recognised every year.
