Reception royal tea party

As part of Jubilee week, Reception had a royal tea party on Friday. We made beautiful crowns in class all week and got to be princes and princesses for the day. We even learned a royal dance which we performed in the garden before our picnic. We were so lucky with the weather and ate all our food in beautiful sunshine. We had cucumber sandwiches, just like the queen, and fruit, cake, biscuits and juice. It was a lovely day.
