Reception Forest Trip 1

Reception had a fantastic time at Aldersbrook Forest. We wrapped up warm
with our hats, gloves and scarves, put on our favourite wellies, and set off to
explore!
We went to discover what the forest was like during autumn. We found all sorts
of wonderful treasures during our scavenger hunt including multi-coloured
leaves, berries and conkers. We especially liked the acorns and their tiny cases,
which we learned come from the tall, leafy Oak trees.
We heard all about the little people who live in the forest and their friendly pet
dragon!
We can’t wait to go back to the forest and see how it has changed in the even
colder winter months!
