The Day we Met Real Superheroes!

On Friday 16th May, Year 4 travelled into central London to meet some amazing superheroes. Our destination was the world famous Madame Tussauds!

We took the Metropolitan line to Baker Street and then walked to the venue. Unfortunately we had to wait patiently, as Madame Tussauds is a very popular tourist attraction! Eventually we got through the doors and spent some time posing with our favourite famous people.

We walked through the entire building, until we chanced upon a huge, looming, green figure. It was the Incredible Hulk, “Hulk was sticking his gigantic hands through the railings, trying to grab innocent and vulnerable children.” (Alyah -4S) Under the green lights we started to look like him too. We met up with Spiderman and followed him walking across a ceiling and had photo’s with Captain America.

The grand finale was a brand new 10 minute Marvel Superheroes film in 4D. It was absolutely stunning.

We had lunch in the park and fed our leftovers to the ducks, before taking a relaxing walk through the park and back to the station.
