Enabling Enterprise

Having teamed up with Enabling Enterprise, Year 4 embarked on the school's first ever Politics Day. Representatives from Enabling Enterprise came into our classrooms to deliver, alongside our teaachers, a political workshop in which the students explored democracy; our voting system; debated current, challenging issues; produced a manifesto; and created their own political party. On top of this, we all dressed up as politicians for the day: everyone really felt the part in their suits! As a year group, we became thoroughly engaged with modern politics, most of the students can't wait to turn 18 so they can cast their vote, engage in democracy and become an essential part of our political process.
