Early Years Christmas Performance
At the end of the Autumn term, the children across the St. Stephen’s Early Years phase did a wonderful Christmas Performance for their parents and carers. The purpose of this special performance was to develop children’s early language and communication skills through performing a medley of Christmas and winter themed songs. The children sang a range of Nursery rhymes and songs, including: “Santa Claus is coming to Town”, “Father Christmas”, “Soja Baby”, the “Reindeers on the Roof”, “Jingle Bells”, “Let it Snow”, “Christmas Lights”, “Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer” and of course our favourite, “We wish you a Merry Christmas.” The children loved showing off their singing voices and special hats to their families.
We thank all of our teachers, support staff and parents for supporting the children to perform on this special day. Happy holidays everyone!
