Centre of the Cell

Last week, a selection of our most eager scientists from year 2 and 3 went on an extremely exciting visit to Centre of the Cell, a science museum located in the heart of Whitechapel. The children experienced and took part in a plethora of science games, tasks and demonstrations linked to the body’s defence mechanisms: snot, sick and scabs and the senses. All children thoroughly enjoyed the day, acting as if they were scientists and even got to see real scientists in their underground work stations!
