Pupil Voice

St. Stephen’s recognises the importance of pupil voice in our school and we provide opportunities for pupils to have their say on matters that affect them and have their views taken into account. 

We have a wide range of roles that support this including our Junior Leadership Team, our student council and a number of different ambassadors.

Our aim is to establish a culture of student leadership within the school community by involving pupils in decision-making processes that affect our school and empowering students to take an active role in shaping their learning experiences.
