St.Stephen's School

Class 2NB

Welcome to Class 2NB

We are an inspiring class taught by Nisha Bhaskaran who is a former student of St Stephens. We are skilfully supported by  Lalita Varsani, who also knows everything there is to know about St Stephen’s having worked here for many years. We also have a range of additional adults that help us.

Our class is filled with enthusiastic, caring children who are looking forward to a year of new learning and inspiring moments. This year we will continue to develop into independent and responsible citizens of St Stephen’s and the wider community. This year promises to be both exciting and engaging and we are eager to make the most of every learning opportunity to reach our full potential.

We will follow our class WE CARE charter.  We will always have a positive attitude, learn from our mistakes and aspire to be the best students we can be. We will always be kind, courteous and respectful and ensure that every day is as good as the last.

We love reading and will focus on some amazing story books throughout the year. You can find a list of these books on the school website.

In Maths, we will learn about place value and the four operations: addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. Additionally, we will learn topics including measurements and the properties of shapes.

Furthermore, we have an exciting immersive learning curriculum to explore. Topics will include The Great Fire of London, The Seaside, Australia and its surrounding ocean, Roman Warriors and Global Heroes.

We are in Room 9 so please come and say hello and see our work!
