Class 5J

Hello and welcome to 5J's class page!

Can you believe it’s the summer term already? The year is flying by as fast as a rocket.

Talking of rockets, we are learning about space this term.  We have already learnt some exciting facts. Did you know that since the discovery of Neptune it has only orbited the sun once as it takes about 165 earth years to orbit the sun! We will be discovering more about the planets, the moon landing and even designing our own planet.

We will be continuing to improve our reading and writing and focusing on improving our grammar. In maths this term we will be learning many new things including probability, pie charts and algebra!

By the end of this term we are sure we will be ready to enter year 6 and we can’t wait for all the challenges that lie ahead!
