Class 4C

Hello and welcome to summer term,

This is another exciting term for 4C as they have two topics- SUPERHEROES (first half of the term) and MIND, BODY & SOUL (second half of the term).

For the SUPERHEROES topic, pupils have made up created their own superheroes; they will be writing narratives and presenting graphic novels. Hopefully, there will be a day when we will get to dress up as a superhero and invite parents in for superhero activities.

Next half term, the whole school topic is MIND, BODY & SOUL, which will include a variety of problem solving and physical activities, as well as getting involved in meaningful discussions.

In addition, Year 4 will be learning how to play chess from a professional tutor on Friday afternoons.

Please note that the PE day for 4C is now Mondays, and of course, swimming is on Wednesdays, as it has been all year.

Summer P.E is:

White polo shirt
Black leggings/Shorts/track suit bottoms
Black or white trainers

Summer swimming is:

Girls:

One piece swimming costume
Leggings if needed
Any colour swimming hat
Goggles if your teacher says so

Boys:

Any colour swimming shorts (over knee height)
Any colour swimming hat
Goggles if your teacher says so
